Want to burn off some of your kids energy during the autumn half-term holidays? Why not bring them along to our popular pay and play fun sessions. Sessions will be held on Tuesday 28th October from 1.00pm - 2.30pm and Thursday 30th October from 2.30pm - 4.00pm at a cost of just £6.00 per child and are suitable for children aged 10 and under.
All children welcome and no booking required!

We have spaces available in some of our pre-school classes for the autumn term. Classes with availability are:-
Monday 1.45pm - 2.30pm and 2.45pm - 3.30pm
Tuesday 12.45pm - 1.30pm and 1.45pm - 2.30pm
Wednesday 1.45pm - 2.30pm and 2.45pm - 3.30pm
Thursday 1.45pm - 2.30pm

We will be holding a gymnastics summer camp on Monday 4th August from 1.15pm - 4.15pm and Thursday 21st August from 1.15pm - 4.15pm at a cost of only £20.00.
The camp is suitable for children aged 6+ and is open to anybody interested in gymnastics. The course will be led by British Gymnastics qualified coaches.

Not sure if gymnastics is the sport for your child? Why not come along to our gymnastics taster lesson during the summer holidays to try it out!
The session will be held on Monday 1st September from 1.15pm - 2.00pm and is suitable for children aged 3 and 4 years old who will not be at full time school in September.
This is an excellent opportunity to come along to our fully equipped gymnasium so why not join us and try before you buy!

We will be holding gymnastics workshops during the Easter holidays. Our beginners workshop will be held on Monday 7th April from 1.15pm - 2.45pm and is suitable for children with little or no gymnastics experience aged 4+ and our intermediate workshop will be held on Thursday 10th April from 1.15pm - 2.45pm and is suitable for children who can successfully perform the following:-
- handstand
- cartwheel
- backward roll
- bridge

Georgina Moors, 17 has been invited to train with the Senior Great Britain Squad at Lilleshall National Sports Centre following a culmination of outstanding competition results this season.
Georgina started the competition season off by becoming the Sussex Supreme Champion and taking the Vault, Bars and Floor titles.
Georgina placed 3rd at the Senior National Challenge Cup surpassing her personal best score and also placed 2nd on the vault. Not only did she have an outstanding competition but it was nice to have so many compliments on her work from the judges after the competition.
After the Challenge Cup, Georgina went on the represent the South East at the Rushmoor Rose Bowl and had another great competition helping the South East Team to 1st position overall and was also the top scorer in the team. Georgina also qualified for the Vault finals.
After such a fantastic competition season this has spurred Georgina and the rest of her team mates on in training and we are hoping for even better things next year.
